    Reverb Stealth and Ripley compatibility

If I'm going with an XX1 on my Ripley build, can the other internal cable route be used for a Reverb Stealth cable? How about the new LEV?

Nope, no stealth dropper post routing on the Ripley; someone asked Hans from Ibis about this and he pointed out that the eccentrics block the seat tube in such a way as to preclude stealth post routing. I believe you can use the extra internal cable route for the dropper, but it will pop out at the shock mount. I'd go with the LEV for this, as it's 1) way easier to disconnect/reconnect the cable for internal routing (vs. hydraulic line) and 2) Cable attaches to the fixed lower part of the post, so you could run a short & tidy cable from shock mount to post that wouldn't move when the post goes up & down.

I have to say that it is too bad that the Stealth does not fit. It would have been much tidier.

Drewbird has it right. It might help to have a look at the Ripley 29 - Cable Routing Tips & Tricks video that Ibis produced here. Dropper post routing is mentioned at 2:32. As he mentioned in the previous post looks like it would be external from the post to the shock mount and then internal up to the bars with 1x10 or 1x11.
