Order SL With XR Carbon Or RP23 (then push)

I'm another in this quandary as to which shock to order. No reviews on mtbr (I mean, reviews after a few months of use, or so...)

So anyway as I wait for my sl next month:

-RP23 + Push, +more effectively tunable low-speed compression dampening, + more effectively tuned rebound circuit, +cheaper, more reliable ? < maybe not an issue but, at least easier to have serviced?) +no elastomers (geez my ol manitou fork....)

-XR Carbon + light, remote option for racing (I would actually use it as I use my poploc on another bike)
+ no need for compression dampening on Moj and u have the lockout. (Actually, I use my rp23 all 3 levels mid for climbing rocky stuff.)

I at least found this thread on the xr carbon.
Of course if the XR msrp is 800.00 bucks (I think someone here said, but I found it for 668.00 usd from chainreaction) I could always sell it which is much better than the 200 credit and have 2 rp23's push tuned for differing use. 1 for cross country and 1 for downhill.

Oh yea, found this article on dtswiss shocks.

And as usual, thanks to Derby !

So anyway, just another discussion on it ....

Haven't ridden the Carbon shock so I can't comment on it's performance. However, the RP23 is a great shock and as far as PUSH goes, they know the RP23 better than anyone, especially since the head-honcho, Darren Murphy is a Mojo owner. All the guys there are super cool and I'm sure that if you have any doubt about what they can do for your shock all you have to do is call and ask. In fact.... I really think you should contact them and at least ask them exactly what they can do for your mojo. Hint hint.
You will not be disappointed with PUSH. DM has the mojo all mapped out and has a working understanding of how the DW-link works on both scientific and visceral levels. He knows what rides well and has more technology than NASA to back it all up.
    Think about it.
