    New Parts Picks

I'm waiting on the new parts picks (for the SLR) which I was told are due out in the next few weeks.

I'd like to be able to get XTR brakes with the XTR setup.

    Shimano-brakes with Ispec

Agree. XT/XTR-brakes with Ispec is a no-brainer in my book. Cleaner look and simply better brakes. It's kind of weird that Ibis have insisted on Formula for so long.

I agree. And I vote for another wheel option in between the cheapest and most expensive. I don't like Crank Bros and don't know many who do. A no brainer would be to just add the Easton Haven non-carbons and/or EA90 non-carbons. These are solid wheels at a good weight and reasonable price (unlike the carbons), and Ibis is already working with easton as a supplier.
