Very nice! What drivetrain is on there?

Thanks! Drivetrain is nothing special: 1x10 XT (32t 11-36), stylo crank w/e13 ring & XCX guide. Soon to be replaced w/x9 + mrp bling ring when they're back in stock. Current chain line isn't optimal.

    100 rides in...

I guess this is fairly overdue. Put in my 100th ride on the HD today. It's been a damn good year on this bike. Sold the SL I had before - I just never grabbed it off the wall, even on buff trails where I didn't "need" the HD. The HD for me = fun fun fun!

Here are before and after pics, Jan 1, 2012, and today.

    Happy new year Ibisians!!!

    My new ride

140 mode. Wish the rain would stop here in central Alabama. Between work and rain I have'nt gotten a 100 miles on it in 6 weeks.
XT build 2 X 10 with 150 fork, Easton carbon bars, Hope brakes and Thomson seat post. 27 lbs 4 ozs according to my fish scales. I have a lot of stans in my tires due to a burp on first ride so its about 5 ozs heavier than when I first put it together. Fox Doss or KS post coming soon. The last ride was the best. The fork and shock are getting broken in and I'm getting the suspension close to dialed in.
Hope you guys had good Holidays. We had really wet ones.

Does anybody use a BOS VOID on a mojo HD? have the kashima rp23 on it currently.. friend has just upgraded his rp23 to a dhx5 air, and another to a ccdba, i have 170mm Devilles up front so given how similar the dba and void look, maybe worth a try?

    cheers

    13.2kg (w/ 2.5/2.4 FR tires + tubes)

just seen this, how does the void ride...? also did bos in france sort you out? the new UK dealer didn't have a clue about what a ibis is or how the rear shock functions / is vavled.

I finally picked up a bigger fork (x-fusion HLR DLA) and swapped out the smaller shock/limbo chips to get this beast to 170/160. I really love this bike. Still dialing in the fork and shock but so far I am not really noticing the extra 2.5 pounds that this set up added and it rips even better than before!

I also added some grip by getting rid of the RaRa in the rear, threw the 2.3 NeoMoto on back and a 2.35 HD up front. The So Cal dirt has been pretty tacky after the recent rains, but I can't get this thing to break loose!

So you can use the full 150mm of travel and the fixed part of the KS sits nicely in the seat post?
What's your inseam? Mine is ~35.43 (90cm) and before gnarly descents I lower the fixed part of 125mm KS with the quick release lever, which is annoying, especially at the next uphill. I would love to have to use the dropper post only.

perfectly yes, i send picture quickly , I've nearly the same inseam than you. and it's a very good seatpost you don't have any problem with the duct because it don't move. and the 150mm of travel is very good for guy with very long leg like us

For me, the Vip'r does a really good job.
If you want or need more adjusments (LS & HS compression) the Void for the Mojo HD is the ST02, see here ==> http://www.bosmtb.com/pdf/VoidChart.pdf

Bos is a Very good shock and fork. Difficult to find the good setting, but when you find it, it's a pleasure to ride

Did you file down the teeth or does Shimano make one specifically for XTR?

I'm wondering the same thing. It seems the almost anemic approach to an HD defeats the purpose, and I'd venture to say takes away from its potential. It is impressive, but that build on an SLR seems much more fitting.
