    IBIS SL-R angleset queastion

If I put a EC49 1 degree on the bottom and a EC44 1 degree on top will this get me 2 degrees total?

    Thanks

Sorry this doesn't answer your specific question, but just FYI I have heard from a couple buddies who run the Angleset that they have had consistent creaking issues. Evidently can be quite a bit more high maintenance than a standard headset.

I believe that will get you 1* total. If you want to increase head angle more than 1*, you will need to use 1* or 1.5* Angleset plus a fork with higher AC than what Ibis measured their spec bike with (or with offset bushings or shorter shock, etc.).

Just talked to Canecreek on the phone. It will get me 2 degrees but NOT recommended.
The most I can do is 1.5 on bottom and 0 on top.
