    just looks like somebody got lazy when they were laying the carbon into the mold to me. I wouldn't worry about it!

    You should have gotten a painted model, you'd never know it was there.

    Easiest thing to do is email askchuck@ibiscycles.com with that picture. The guys will surprise you on how fast they respond.

    Cool, I have always found it best to contact them first as the forums are not the best place to expect them to be watching. I agree on the customer service, they recently took care of me with an issue and I couldn't ask for better service.

    Ibis does have great service and they're really helpful. Its nice to call a company like Ibis and a person actually answers the phone quickly and to top it off, they are actually helpful. Almost unheard of these days.....
