Ibis hakkalugi, small hole on down tube close to bottom bracket shell

Okay, so I got a ibis 'lugi, and I am excited. I was looking closely at the frame, and there is a small hole (about 1 mm diameter) on the underside of the down tube close to the BB junction. It is not for cable routing (this hole runs through the top tube).

The paint around the hole looks smooth, but the hole itself does not look "perfect" like the holes used to route the cable.

So does anyone have a hakkalugi with a small hole on the bottom of the down tube right by the bottom bracket junction? Maybe to drain water?

    Thanks,
