    ibis decals

Can anybody point me to somebody who has some Ibis downtube decals... I'm desperately after some of the late 90's decals for my bike. There was a guy selling some on eBay but he'd sold out of the ones I wanted. I've also looked into getting some made up and might have to go down that route but would rather have some originals!

    Anybody help?

It'd probably be less $ to make them than to buy originals.

I doubt that. You need something to work from, say an original, Then someone will need to at least scan it and prep it, more likely redraw it entirely to ensure a good result. If it's multicolor you'll have to do color separations. If it's die cut you have to have dies made. Finally, you have to get them printed with some minimum order, maybe 100 sets. Then you can spend the rest of your life trying to get some of your initial investment back. If you're not in a position to do much of the above yourself, you could buy a whole Ibis for less than it would cost to do everything.

    a result - I think

I have originals on my hardtail so copying is easy. I've found somebody who'll do me some in: best quality cast vinyl , 2 thou inch. The cost is 75/80 bucks (equivilant) for a minimum run of 6 (i.e. three sets) including postage. As I have a mate who wants one set, that leaves me with x2 sets, one for the full sus and a spare set. Will post up a picture when I get them.

Would still like some originals but hey not many around...

Would doing some of the smaller stem stickers be a possibility? I could be interested ...

    sorry sylvain but I wasn't

Hadn't planned to just yet. The ones on the stem are fine and I actually have a spare set buried with the bike receipts if I need them (and no I won't sell them cos I keep looking for another ti stem for my other ti Ibis).

    Cheers

p.s. Anybody got a 1 1/8th ahead Ibis ti stem for sale? ;o)

Alright, thanks for replying. I'm getting hold of a stem but at 140mm I doubt I'll be able to fit it on any of my bikes and be able to ride without being streched like a limo ...
