    Ibis Crew is Kewl

I had or so I thought I had an issue with my HD. Hans contacted me directly and had a fix for me. He then connected me with Aaron. I went to the their HQ and Todd and Nick helped me further. After investigating, the issue was a silly error on my part. I felt like a fool for causing them so much trouble and time but they assured me it was just fine.

Mahalo boys for your reaching out and assisting me. I'm an Ibis follower even more now.

Second that. Had a tight headset fit when first installing my Hope the other weekend - got an email back from Scot the next day to follow up.

After double checking tolerances it turned out to be *just* a tight fit and managed to get the Hope working, but cheers to the Ibis guys for making a great product(s) (HD in my case) and backing it up with great customer service.

Good customer service like this is what keeps me loyal to a company and their products. It's a crew like this that stands behind their products and shows their own loyalty.

    Ibis rules!

Please don't make a 650b HD, SL or SL-R. No, don't do it.
