I had or so I thought I had an issue with my HD. Hans contacted me directly and had a fix for me. He then connected me with Aaron. I went to the their HQ and Todd and Nick helped me further. After investigating, the issue was a silly error on my part. I felt like a fool for causing them so much trouble and time but they assured me it was just fine.
Mahalo boys for your reaching out and assisting me. I'm an Ibis follower even more now.
