    Ibis Bearing Press Tool

    Hans,

Ibis mentions on the Ripley details page that you are developing a bearing pres tool. When will it be available? Will it work with HD and SLR link bearings?

It's designed for primarily Ripley bearings, though it will do the lower rear bearings on the SL/SLR/HDR as well.

I use this tool press/extract bearings. Made by OTC. Its a ball joint seperator. There's other copy of the tool for cheaper.

I'm at work right now so I won't be able to research this until tonight. By discontinued do you mean Chain Reaction no longer carries them or Rapid Racer is no longer producing them? I have a neighbor from England who might be able to have one shipped to me through one of his family. Otherwise I'll look into using a ball joint separator as suggested by twoleftskis.

Not sure...you will have to ask around. Probably chainreaction has stopped carrying them.

This is where I buy my bearings from, suggested by Ibis, they have tools too.
