Hope Pro 2 Rear Axle Conversion Kit For mojo C

Hi guys I found this at jensonusa.
    http://www.jensonusa.com/Hope-Pro-2-...Conversion-Kit

I just want to make the rear end of my trusty mojo c stiffer. Will this work and will this fit my bike? If I'm not mistaken mojo c has 135 spacing. So should I get the bolt type or the thru axle type?

I did this to my mojo c but didn't really notice any difference in rear end stiffness. But I only weigh 70 Kgs although I do carry a pack full of spares and tools that weighs in the 6 to 10 Kg range depending on water and the number of cameras I'm carrying. When I got a HD I converted my hope pro II to 142x12 and I use an old wtb qr wheel on the mojo c. I have the axle somewhere but I think I might be missing one of the bolts. The conversion is quite easy and there are plenty of web resources that describe it.

I notice more difference in stiffness when I change between my old race wheels which are stans ztr olympics and my standard wheels which are flows. They both have essentially the same rear hub race = american classic, standard = wtb(cheap am copy). The race wheels have db spokes and the standards are straight gauge.

So I would save your money and put it toward stiffer wheels or something else.

Thanks for the quick reply d3toid. Anyway, I already running ztr flows with dt comp spokes. was thinking if this will make a big difference in making my rear end more stiff but I guess in this case its not. So might as well keep my standard qr for now.

It will work if you have a Hope rear hub.
I am running a Hadley with 135x10 bolt-on on my Mojo C. At 190lbs, I felt the rear end stiffen up some, nothing world changing but it was noticeable.

I think I have one in a drawer that I do not use any more since I switched to a 135x12 TA. PM me if interested.
