HDR: Little Help Please....Dropper post and sizing

Dilemma....I'm 5'10" with @ 31.5 inseam and longer torso. All my research etc puts me on the L HDR frame. So my question is this:

Would anyone with the HDR and a LEV dropper post be able to measure the distance between the seat rails and center of the cranks with the post inserted all the way?

On my current bike this measurement is 26.5" or @ 67cm. If I can't get at least this then I would have to consider the M or something else.

I was able to 'parking lot' demo the HDR in L with a 70mm stem and it felt spot on. However the LBS does not have a dropper post to check this with.

I'm sure 125mm drop will work for you. What is your saddle height? (Middle of crank to top of saddle in-line with seattube)

I am 179cm / 5'9" with 84cm / 33" inseam and a 75cm saddle height. The 150mm drop Lev was al the way in flush against seatclamp. Certain saddles would make it too high so I had to run a Selle Italia SLR or similar saddle that's flat and has a low profile otherwise my saddle height would be too high. Changing to the 125cm gave me some leverage.

I wouldn't buy a Med HDR if I were you.

You could run a 100mm Lev on your large HDR.

When I demoed the HDR with a 125 Lev, I couldn't get the seatpost in far enough to fit, so I had to ride with the post dropped a couple of mm to get comfortable. I'm 5'11" with a 34" inseam, and a 67cm saddle height on my stumpjumper (still waiting for the HDR)

A lot depends on the saddle. The demo saddle was a WTB which was pretty tall.

I ordered my large HDR with a standard non-dropper post. Later I'll add either a 100 or 125 mm lev with my spesh saddle (which isn't nearly as tall as the WTB).
