FYI: Saw a lot of Mojo SL complete bikes with SLX on SALE today - Bay Area
I was in Sports Basement in Walnut Creek (they have other stores in the Bay Area too), and they had four Mojo SL bikes built up with Shimano SLX on sale for $2360.
They've had SL's at $2900 the past year, and seem to be clearing them out. I realize they're not as cutting edge as the SL-R, but at $2360 for a complete bike with full warranty etc, that seems like a great deal. Unfortunately I can't afford to upgrade right now, although I have been trying to work out if I could swing it if I sold my current full-sus and single speed … it'd be pretty close if eBay delivered good prices.
That's an incredibly good price on a bike that's still got legs, and works great as a 650b convert also. Recently built up a new 29er with SLX for my son, and it's GREAT stuff! A lot of precision performance for the $$
Ibis Mojo SL-R XT Kit for $2,900.00.
Sound good to me.
Ibis Mojo Sl-R XT Build Bike
wish the people on ebay would get the memo.
There is a reason your 2008 with god awful talas II and 9sp drivetrain isn't selling for 4 grand. But they still repost it for nearly a year.

Ok, just seen that shop is in Indonesia. I'll stick with the local SL for $2360 …

Highly doubt it
No, re mtbsale.com it's not. Pretty convincing website. The only thing that really gives it away is the pricing and the fact that they are selling brands like Specialized online.

I emailed this morning:
Is mtbsale.com legit? They're selling your bikes for super cheap and, especially at those prices, I want one! However, gotta feeling it's too good to be true.
Ibis: Never heard of them. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
Stay away, looks like a scam to me.
Me: Thanks for the reply. Maybe I can get Charlie at the Mtn pedaler here in Eagle to price match! Jk, have a good one.
Ibis: HA. Maybe we should order some from these guys, they're selling them cheaper than we get them.
Me: Yes, count me in for an HD special blend. Please wire the funds to Nigeria and I will transfer to Ibis $21,000,000 and my hardtail.
Ibis: EXACTLY. Please post that to MTBR.

Thanks Hans for making it clear. I would hate for someone to fall for this and lose the money they were saving for an Ibis bike.
Unfortunately, I am sure some have. It is really sad to see how much scamming is going on in this world today
I wonder if they have moved their hosting already. I have the IP address as 220.127.116.11, hosted by a company called "Host White Label", which doesn't give me much in the way of fuzzy feelings either, since as a hosting company, it should likely have more than 256 IP addresses:
