Custom Enve mountain green decals on Ripley...yah or nah?

I purchased a set of AM Enve rims to replace my XC Enve's and possibly considering going with the Custom Green Decals to match the Ripley. I've never seen one like this, but have seen plenty of other bikes that looked really good with matching decals. Either way I'm still on the fence and hoping to get a few opinions. Maybe even some photoshop work to show how it might look. I have around 2 weeks to decide before Enve starts my build.

My current set of Enve are blacked out and looks pretty damn sweet, but just looking for a bit of different flavor. Plus, they'll be going on the Highball once the AM's arrive.

I know...pretty lame worrying about such an insignificant cosmetic thing .

    Here is my current build:

    Ripley medium black/green
    Pike Solo 140
Enve 29XC w/ blacked out decals
    Enve 75mm stem flipped
    Enve 740 sweeper bars
    KS Lev 150mm dropper
    XX1 Drivetrain
    XTR M985 brakes
Butcher 2.3" Control front / Ground Control 2.3 rear
    XTR pedals

Current weight is 25.75 w/ pedals.

I like blacked out Enves the best, green outline would be second choice

Heres my experience with Enves and stickers... nothing says steal me like a set of Enve wheels on any bike. A thief can off them on craigslist for an easy 1k within 30 minutes of posting. Given this, myself and a friend that I race enduro with have removed/peeled off the stickers completely. They now just look like black wheels, nothing special. And trust me, they aren't any slower without stickers.

I'm into the wheels, just not the gucci look.

For sure! That's initially why I had my XC set blacked out, stealth mode. But, to be honest, at this point I"m getting a bit bored with the blacked out look and thought it might be nice to add some color. Plus, the only way a thief will get my hoops is by stealing everything. Shame on me if I let someone get over on me.

I am doing the same thing to my ENVE wheels for similar reason. I also like a little more utilitarian, less blingy look. I have to admit though the newer black/black is pretty sweet looking.

I know its not green but I had the full custom decals made up where they can match the colour from the SL-R and a darker blue to shadow outline the logo. Really happy with the way the bike looks and glad i paid the extra.
(sorry its just a shot of it in the house and not out on the trails)

Who did you source the decals from?
Are you happy with the quality?

My wheels were built at Enve along with the custom decals. If you go to their site, they have a list of custom decals to choose from. If you already have the rims there are several places to source them from.
