Classic Ibis Content, Road Bike: need help identifying a 1990s Ibis Ti Road

I am helping a buddy sell his Ibis Ti road bike and am trying to figure out the proper year it was made, what size it is, and where it was made. From my research it seems that these dimensions could mean an early production frame, and they do not fit into any of the catalog geometry charts exactly from later than 1996. I can find geometry charts for earlier bikes. My buddy bought it around 1995.

The bike is not in front of me but here are some dimensions I can remember.

Top tube is 57 actual c to c, slight slope
    Seat tube is 55 c to c
    Head tube is 17.5
Chain stay appears to be 41.8

The bike has a 4 digit serial number. Do the numbers mean anything specific or is it just the build que number?

Were any of these made in Sebastopol or elsewhere?

That would have been built at the Sebastopol shop for sure. I'm sure Scot will chime in and if you DM him the serial # he'll be able to tell you for sure.

    Nice bike!

Thanks for that, I believe the frame is later than 1994 and cant find it in any 1994 catalog online, it was purchased in 1995. The dimensions are not the same as what is listed in the 1998 catolog. Also, I was told that there were never any Ibis ti road bikes produced in Sebastopol, or CA for that matter. But I don't believe that.

Benji is right, definitely made in Sebastopol. Whoever told you that there never were any Ti bikes produced in CA or Sebastopol needs a time out.
The 4 digit numbers are chronological.
It's a nice bike. Double butted Ti top tube and down tube. Tapered seat and chain stays.
A couple of pics of the 97 catalog attached.
I'm not good with matching years to serials, sorry. 94 or 95 sound close to me.

Scot, you are awesome! Thank you for your input and THANK YOU for Ibis. I have had so much fun investigating this bike and digging through old ads and catalogs and drooling over mojos, bow ti's, spankys, and handjobs and all the other bike porn stoke from my younger days.
