I am planning on freshening up my mojo sl a bit. I currently am running a 3x10 drivetrain.
I am a total chain guide newbie. Never had or installed one. My plan is to convert my cassette from 11-36 to 13-41 with conversion cogs on ebay and to run my 32 tooth chainring up front and switch to a 1 x 10 drivetrain.
I suspect I will want a chain guide up front to keep things in check and this is where I would like assistance.
I see a chain guide on the ibis store but its 150 bucks plus the 15 dollar adapter bolt. Its a bit more than I want to spend on my aging SL.
Anyone recommended a good solution?
Edit: I see the MRP 1x guide. I assume the BB mount version will work but the seat tube mount version seems like it may be a better solution. Does the seat tube mount version fit and which would you recommend?
