Carbon rear triangle and disc brake heat

Are there any issues with a Carbon rear triangle and the lack of heat dissipation from disc brakes?

I see that Specialized still uses an alloy rear triangle on their Carbon framed Enduro SL, and some of the disc brake companies warn about issues with the lack of heat transfer.

Besides the fact that disk mounts are aluminum on the Mojo I thinkpossible problems with heat dissipation are with the rotor not with the connection of the caliper with frame/fork or the material of the frame.
Empirically 600 feet drop downhill does not change the performance of my rear Marta ...
