Can I use this to glue my chainsuck thing on?

Ok, so I went out and bought another chain-stay thing, and was told to get a 2 part epoxy., Here in SA we do not have the j&B weld product that people have been using here on this forum.
I did come across this and want to know if this will work for what I want to do?

For years I've been using clear RTV(silicone). Nice and rubbery and holds very well. Allows you to slowly pry the protector off in the future if you need to. You have to let it dry overnight.

I would guess that you could probably make that work with a clean sanded surface.
I agree that the RTV is a good bet with a well prepped (clean and sanded) surface.
If it doesn't work we'll mail you another one at no charge to try again.
