    Back on the bike!

I got my Mojo HD (Shirokuma, the polar bear) a little more than a month before my surgery. First MTB ride post-op was Saturday. I still need need to get my shoulders strong again and lose another 20-30 lbs, but man, it felt GREAT being back on the bike.

OMFG.. it's still made of awesome.

    Congrats!

My GF had a major knee reconstruction surgery this spring. So we've been through the whole cycle of pain, healing and re-strengthening. I'm happy to say she is healthier and riding stronger than ever now less than 6 months later.

Good luck with your recovery and enjoy your time back on the bike!
    Safe riding,

    Back on the bike!

Thanks fuenstock and vik! I did the same thing for knee surgery, but this one is more for my neck and back so my shoulders are really weak.

The legs are surprisingly strong right now, but the shoulders need to get stronger.

Vik good luck to your girlfriend. Spinning is her friend
