I don't own a Riply, but I do have an HD. My XC ride is a tallboy with a Sid on it, so I think I can answer your question. My bike came with a Fox float 32 120mm. After only about 100 hours on the fork, the kashima started to rub off. I changed the bath oil and seals every 30 hours! Each time I'd service the fork, I'd only get about 10 hours worth of riding before it started feeling like balls. I decided to unload it, and get a 2013 Sid RT3. No looking back! I get about 25 hours out of the Sid before it starts to feel bad. I still change the bath oil every 30 hours, but it feels better, longer than the Fox. The Fox looked better, but the Sid performed well, longer. I will be unloading the Sid soon to try out the new Marzocchi 320 LCR. I only have about 60 hours on the fork. Hit me up if you want a Sid that still looks new!
