Acronym overload: HD + DBAir + XV... anyone?

Just wondered if anyone running the DBAir had a chance to test out the new XV air can? I'm running just 1/2 turn of high speed, and it still feels "rampy"

Well... either I'm being summarily ignored (just like at home!) or no one has tried out the XV can. Guess I'll volunteer to be the guinea pig.

Haven't needed the can as I get full travel and no sensation of ramp up on the end on my DB Air but I am also 200lbs.

Haven't needed the XV either, 160lbs geared w/17mm sag (CC base). Running .625 turns of HSC and it uses all its travel nicely. It is the recent rev. of the DB air with the updated inner air can that makes it less progressive. Recommendation: go faster

Well... thanks to the killer support from Cane Creek and Dirtlabs, I've been identified as having an "old style" inner can in my shock. So, getting that replaced via warrantee. I'll report back after if I end up pursuing the XV can.

Guessing going faster wouldn't have fixed the problem either ;-P
