    road inquiry

took my daughter to a friends house up about 3/4 up alewa heights. never really been passed the tea house prior, but there seems to be nice homes to look at and an incredible view. very interesting area. also know there is a park near the top. i was thinking maybe tackling it one day. anyone ever rode it before?

    the DH must be suicide

Right after the park it gets steep. Like 24 percent grade steep. (steepest paved road on oahu along with short section of Bertram st) Its short though. Coming back down like any paved road should not be an issue if you are not riding it with tight jeans, 5,000 keys on your caribeaner and a rad fixie. cause fixies are super rad.
