Trails are getting pretty damn good. If you haven't been riding Anahola lately... get out there! I heard there are 50 people signed up for the race already...

    Very nice!!

This race was almost perfect timing. I'll be in Kauai from 6- 17 to 6-22 for a conference at the Marriot in Lihue. I'm an avid MTBR from the front range here in Colorado and I want to RIDE my rear off while I'm there. I ride 4-6 hrs per week and most rides are 2-4K of climbing. My family sleeps in so I will either be fly fishing or riding most mornings as the wife is going to class's this time.

There are two things I can't seem to lock down before our trip..

    1) Where to ride??? I've come up with a few areas via google searchs Like ( Nowon forest preserve, Kalepa, Wailua River State park) but I'm not sure which or these areas have trails that can be accessed by Bike.

    2) I will need a rental/demo bike. I'm strickly a 29er guy now and don't mind riding a hardtail. Any local shops I coudl work with?

Any suggestions from you local guys? I'd love to meet up for a ride or two while I'm there. Even considering shipping my Moots MXZ down there too.
