Kauai - Bike Rental and Trails

Hello,
I will be in Kauai next week and would like to do some single track trail riding. I will be in Princeville, so are there any bike shops that will rent FS bikes? And any good trails out in that area? Would like to stay out there instead of having to drive all the way around the island to the west side, if possible. Thanks
