    Have you seen these Islands...

I had this song on my ipod while riding and started thinking about the places of Hawaii that my bike has led me to see. How about a thread of the beautiful places we enjoy because of our two wheels.

Dang that hill looks short and the sun looks big…they both were

One of my favorite fotos, I left Kahului about 10pm or so went thru Hana and while heading uphill to Ulupalakua I felt the sunlight on my back, turned and shot this…what a lovely road…

    Love the Munro

    Lemme post a few more

ok its knott my bike but I was there...

    Love the Mamane

there is an old village at the end of the trail. Says the Big K himself liked it.

I like this one cuz if I told you the day, you could tell me what time and where I took this...

    and over on oh-wah-hoo!

    Stay thirsty my friends

edit:For erguy... check the state website, I saw the government called Poli closed, which makes the BI much more desirable. cheers

Nice photos. Looks like you had a blast. I just got back from 12 days in Kauai. Did some offroad stuff but mostly rode a road bike around the island. How was the outrigger? I got to paddle on one with 7 other guys at Poipu it was the highlight of our trip.

Why knott a few more, just had a relaxing week of biking around.

Having previously biked the Hana hwy twice over night, I decided to do this one in day light. There are some nice views along the way.

Talk about a tough trail! Passed a few folks enjoying the beach at Kanaio then headed up to the Pilani

See you on the Trail Amigo's

Yea more riding for sure in the future. Sadly no mtn bike on Oh-Wah-Who right now but I'll pick a new one up within the month. Thinking a 29er, TBS said they had a SJ but we'll see, heading back to Lanai this week for some more QT with my GT.

Looking down as I passed over one bridge...
