It's an access road leading in Kokee leading to Polihale Ridge Road. No need to touch the brakes till the end. Nothing special but fun. High speed, top gear pinned.

A couple years ago when they were fixing up the reservoir they dropped loads and loads of large, chunky gravel on that road and it has never quite recovered as a fun high speed descent. I mean, it's still fun, but not AS fun.

That sucks. I lived in Kalaheo for a year back in the mid-late 90s and used to ride there quite a bit. It used to rival the Powerline with the size of it's mud holes.

Don't worry, the stuff above the reservoir is still the glorious lumpy, icy, crater garden that you remember. It's as fun as ever but without the carnage that comes from submerging your bike in Powerline filth
