    results for 24 hour

Thanks to everyone who showed up to our little shing dig. Over 100 people participated.

Not many people realize how lucky we are to have Scotty as an official. He travels to Sea Otter, Nationals, major mountain bike races as a chief official in XC, DH, 4x. We're talking about pro-level quality here. His timing is top-notch as well as his knowledge in mountain biking. So next time you see him, get on your knees and bow.

oh yeah, I was thinking about you last weekend. Besides Ronaldo, there were three others on my team who are more or less recent converts to mountain biking due to my prodding. They're all stoked! So your family tree of MTBers is growing!

And it's going to get larger in January - the wife and I are expecting baby mtber numero uno!

I'd love to be there, but since 10% of our population is too stupid and too damn violent we
don't have a superferry and travel inter-island with my bike is too much $$$ I won't.

And in three weeks they'll have two less people to oppose them after my wife and I move.

Yeah, Vancouver Island, the container shows up tomorrow. I'll be that much closer to Whistler
and all the good riding over there. And dozens of ferries to get around.

I hope that is what the trail faeries look like over there, because the two over here sure as
    hell don't look like that...

Robert, I'm healing a bit, so I might be up for a easy xc(ish) ride the next couple days (contour road maybe). I'm not sure I'm ready to "hit" anything.

I had sudden dramatic derailleur disintegration tonight at Kalepa so my trail bike is on ice for a while.
