I dont know what the warranty is on the frame but their are a couple things that come into play. If it has a so called Life Time Warranty that is only for as long as the frame is in production. If it is say a 3 year warranty and it fails within this time but the frame is no longer in production they will generally offer a up grade to the replacement but you will have to pay the difference if their is. If it out of warranty they can deny or offer a goodwill gesture on the up graded new frame.

The ride was nice but the quality of the tubes ... not strong enough for me. Hopefully my new frame (not a Haro) arrives next week.

It wont let me post images yet but I picked up a 2011 Flightline Comp. It is a really solid bike and I like throwing it around. I'll have to get some more posts and take some pictures sometime so I can post them here.

    Haro Flightline Sport

This is my '09 Haro Flightline Sport with numerous upgrades. I have made this bike my own and love everything about it. The biggest impacting upgrades where (by far) the air sprung Rock Shox Reba U-Turn fork and the Easton XC Two Wheels (not the best wheels on the market but silky smooth and much lighter than stock). I had some AVID BB7 mechanical disc brakes for a while then I found a good deal on some Shimano SLX Hydraulic brakes, those made a pretty impressive difference as well.

    The specs are as follows:

-09 Haro Flightline Sport - Medium Frame
    -Rock Shox Rebar U-Turn Fork
    -FSA Riser Handlebars
    -Race Face Stem
    -Sette Lock on Grips
    -Shimano SLX Hydraulic Disc Brakes
    -Shimano SLX Shifters
    -Shimano SLX Crankset
    -Shimano SLX Cassette
-Shimano SLX Front and Rear Deraileurs
-Bontrager Seat (I forget the model)
    -Race Face Evolve Seat Post
    -Specialized Seat Post Clamp
-Specialied "The Captain" Rear Tire (love it, really hooks up with the ground)
-Bontrager something or other front tire
    -Stan's No Tubes Conversion Kit

Im sure I forgot something, but you get the idea.

Again, I love this friggin bike.

Greetings to all you Haro lovers! Embrace me as your own.

We got two Shift R5 2011, which we own since 2011. I'm really sorry, that the Shift line was discontinued, 'cos I think it's one of the best deals in the market. The stock setup is the best you can get, and the build quality is very good. I love this bike... You can do anything with it, it's a tank.

Fully stock. The seat, even the pedals. Actually, I love the original pedals - they fit Specialized shoes perfectly.

    My wife's

She has some upgrades (yeah, I let her upgrade small things, 'cos when I go upgrade - I upgrade big time )
    Lizard's skin grips
    Sonoma seat
    Wellgo pedals

    Please don't hurt my feelings.

just picked this one up, Haro Mary SS, the BB5's are garbage and couldn't stop me on the flats, just ordered some new Shimano Deore hydro's. I hope my frame doesn't rust out and break like the other Mary a few posts back, it looks like it was left outside for a few months and I wont do that. Its getting some riser bars and a shorter stem asap. Any other upgrades suggested? How do people like the wheels and hubs, stock pivot hub?

good question, I didn't think to ask. That pic is 5 min after I bought it, I guess I should look under it and see what's hiding. It's in the shop now getting new brakes put on.
