New question here. Need Help!!Haro XC Choice

HI!There , i am trying to decide which Frame or Mtb Bike to Buy, I don't know a whole lot about Haro Bikes , but i have done some research, I like the Company support and warranty . I presently have rebuilt my Spec. Stump Jumper Hardtail, and made into a much more comfortable mountain bike which i will be keeping, But i have been trying to decide which Brand to go with for a Full suspension MTB go with, I may end up starting with an older frame like 08, 09, I am looking XC bike hopefully under 30lbs., I am not sure of the frame weights. I am about 5'6" and 145lbs, So i think i need a Medium possibly a small?? I can Build and maintain it myself. I know the frame will also be cabable of Am use , which i don't get into much if any. Any suggestions will be great, i am in Canada,so i see there are some dealers around. Thanks

How much are you looking to spend? My guess is either the Sonix or Shift depending on budget.

Like Dog said, either a Sonix or a Shift would be good choices for you.

If you are 5'6" tall, you are sort of in between the small (16") size and the medium (18") size. I'd compare the geometry on both to a bike you currently own/have owned that fits you well. I'm 5'7" tall with a 31.5" inseam and I ride the 18" size because I prefer a bigger bike with a longer TT.

LoL ok now your looking for longer legs FR/DH Trail use.

The Shift would get the nod on those lines but would be nice to swap the fork for RS Pike and Maxxis Highroller rear Minion FR front tires youll be rippin trail hard.

Hard to not look at the Marin with the massive pivot area and they do have Shaums March.

More suspension travel=longer legs. Most XC bikes are 90-120mm the Marins your looking at are 150mm travel much more aggressive.
