What are your upgrade goals? Do you want a lighter bike? Or do you just want the bike to perform better?

If you are looking to lighten up the bike, look at upgrading rotating weight...wheels and tires are a great place to start.

If you are looking for the most bang for the buck to have the bike perform better, change the front fork. The Minute Comp is a good, mid-rangfe fork, but there are nicer options out there.

Like Jill said, wheels and tires, and the fork are the best places to start..

what are your suggestions on what to buy? for both the wheels tires and forks, that would give me the best performance for a decent amount of money
