    Flightline model question?

is the component quality of the various levels of Flightline the only difference between them? Is the bike durability and frame/wheel/seatpost strength essentially the same?

The Flightline Comp comes recommended in the Clydesdale forum, but I don't know that I need disc brakes...

    Thanks!

For the most part, spec is all the separates them. The 2010 Flightline Expert has a double-butted frame, but all of the rest of the Flightlines share the same frame.

If you are a clydesdale rider, even more reason to get disc brakes since they provide much greater stopping power.

The Goddess is correct you or most anyone will do better on disc brakes. 12 years ago I went from V-brake to disc and never looked back at V's especially in the wet or muck.
