    ID-5 help

I just bought a ID-5 frame from e-bay, and the seller did not specify what travel fork is correct for the frame. He has not responded to e-mails, so I ask you guys. From what I have found, it looks like the correct fork for the frame is 120mm - 130mm. Is this correct? Would it be a bad idea to run a 100mm fork on it? Thanks guys.

I-drive5 frames have been sold from 2005-2008. They changed the rear travel from 5" to 5,5" in 2007. Forks that came with the bike were:
    - Rock Shox Pike (140mm Travel) on the 2005 i-drive 5
    - Fox Vannilla and Float (130mm)
    - Marzocci Forks with 120mm (they are building rather high, corresponding to a 130mm fork)

The i-drive 5 has a 69 degree head Angle with a 130mm fork. If you switch to 100mm it will bekome very steep. I don't think, thats a good idea.

Do you have a photo of your frame?

Thanks for all that info. I put a 120mm fork on it with a 7.25 shock. I was very impressed with the way it rode.
