    GT I-Drive Bolts and Parts

Does anyone know of anyone who carries all the bolts and nuts for the I-drive pivots and shock mounts? I sent an email to GT at askus@gtbicycles.com October 5th and never got a response.

I would check with a local GT dealer about ordering them. They're not too expensive as I recall, but not many places will have them laying around.

The bolt holding on the swing arm holding to the bottom bracket came loose on my 3.0(and was lost during a ride) and I took it to my LBS this week. A few weeks ago since they could not get another bolt they cut an aluminum bolt to fit and I snapped it during a ride b/c it was not hardened.

They called GT and they want $70 for the entire assembly and cannot send just the hardened bolt. My LBS is trying to make something hardened for a lot less. If anyone finds anything more please post.

I could not find anything on CRC either.
    TY

This was GT's response to me

We do not sell part directly to the consumer. I would suggest you go to the Performance store you purchased the bike at, and ask them if the can order the part, since you purchased the bike there.

    Thank You

Forget CRC they dont carry GT spares, the UK importer for Gt spares is a company called, Cycling Sports group They are a subsidury of a US company of the same name in Oakland I suggest you get in touch with them and ask them why a subsidury of them in the UK can get GT spares.where you can get them in the US. If not I could tell you how to possibly get them from over here if its at all possible to send them over. This company will not send them direct to me I have to order through GT dealer, But I first have to get the correct part number from them first! then tell the dealer and he orders it!.

Any GT Dealer can get you parts. I had my contact at GT send me a parts listing for the I-Drive system for a customer of mine - he has 3.

The parts would be around $3-4 a piece. But everything is ordered separately.

Yea, i ordered a deraileur hanger and a bottom bracket cable guide for a ruckus 2.0
picked the "better" shipping but was informed "no tracking" but it came
rather quickly for a royalmail package(ordered a few vmax parts from
    the uk)
You can also find the bottom bracket rebuild kit on ebay a bit cheaper
    than these guys
