    Gt avalanche help

Hi all, new here. I just picked up a gt avalanche 3.0(not sure what year) off a friend.
This is what it looked like. He included most parts, basically all I had to buy was rear derailleur and wheelset. He recommended a wheelset from eBay, and when they arrived, they didn't fit. Boo. Anyways, I'm back on the hunt for a wheelset. I was considering these alex rims with sram hubs but my friend said the bike can only fit a 9mm hub in the rear, while this rear rim is 10mm. I've read that most bikes will fit a 10mm hub though. Just wondering will these work?

Yeah, definitely! Im a fan of hardtails and GT. Its a nice bike that wasnt too pricey. After a couple upgrades ive been able to keep up with full suspensions
