    No good Cracked Frame

    Whats the best way to go about a cracked frame warranty wise
    bike is 1 1/2 years old
    any email addresses to email GT does anyone know how long GT warrant their bikes for

    Best way is to first call the place you bought your frame/bike from and then directly to GT's customer service.

    I think most of their hardtail are covered up to 5 years while the full squish only 1 or 2 years.

    cheers contacted the place i bought from and they only warrented a year onit do you know GTs customer service number or email im in theUK cheers for the quick reply

    Pics please....where did it crack? Where you riding when it cracked or were you flying?

    Did you buy it used or new? If new did you register the warranty with CSG (the Cycling Sports Group) which distributes GT in the UK? I'm thinking your dealer fell on his head. Frame warranty should certainly be longer than one year. Do you have an owners manual stating what the warranty is?

    Yeah 1 year warranty doesn't sound right. I agree with GM`123...the dealer fell on it's head for sure.

    in the owners manual it says they warrant it if it has not been altered in anyway i have done quite alot to this bike and its not longer standard

    Looks like a 2008 Avalanche 2.0 frame? I had the same frame and it was under warranty for 5 years.

    RatchAttack its an 09 aggressor xc2 and how did you go about the warranty mate ? who did you ring or email
