So I rode Storm Mountain today...

And holy crap! I'm on a roadtrip from Seattle to Boston and stopped in Rapid City for the night. Acme Bike (awesome guys) told me about how awesome Storm Mountain was and that I had to try it, so instead of being responsible and getting a hotel room for the night or going and seeing mt. rushmore as intended I went to the trail head. I met a local who offered to bring me along with some of his buddies. They were awesome guys, but I felt pretty bad. I'm used to riding in our balmy 60* Seattle weather at almost sea level, not this 90* 5000ft up or whatever altitude we are at stuff. I could barely make it up a hill without getting light headed! Awesome guys though, and awesome trail. First time I have ever ridden anything that rocky, which made it much techier than trails I'm familiar with. You guys have some nice trails out here in SD

Kelly from ACME chiming in here. Glad you had fun and met up with some locals. Enjoy the rest of your trip and have fun riding along the way.
Ride because you love it and for no other reason.
