Sioux City/Sioux Falls/Omaha

I am going to be spending ten days or so in Sioux City next week and am planning on bringing my fat bike with me. Does anybody know of any decent rides out that way? I am spoiled up here in the U.P. of Michigan, but am not going to spend 10 days with the in-laws without a bike!

Give Stone Park in SC a shot. You have to share the trails with the snowmobile crowd this time of year; which can pack the snow to ice in spots, but you should be fine on a fat bike.

I'd start at the trailhead near the parking lot off of Talbot road [near the entrance to the park]. From there you'll have five to six miles of fun trails. You might be surprised how hard some of the climbs are, they are short but very steep and will make you wish you had another gear.
