    Ouachita Mtns OK trails?

Will be visiting the Broken Bow/Beavers Bend area for vacation next month and wondering if there are any well maintained trails for beginners to intermediate? I see there is one in the state park & with us not being used to elevation changes that might be all we can handle anyway. I am hoping there is a little bit of downhill fun though.

We've only ever biked in east and southeast texas where there's no big hills to climb(or descend) and no rocks to navigate. We've never ridden in rocks at all. So is there any tips I should know?
    Nah, not really.

Just have fun with it! Rocks can be challenging but really fun. Havent ridden those particular trails, sorry.
If its not a bumpy ride, I'm not interested.

How did your ride go? Was the Foot site helpful? I am planning a long trip to ride the Trail this summer...I haven't ridden down there at all.
