Upload trails onto Strava on iPhone?

Does anyone know if you can upload trails that your friends have completed, on to your iPhone assuming you have the strava on your iPhone. There are trails my friends have ridden and if I could download their maps, I would love to try out some of the trails in their neck of the woods. Feedback is always appreciated.

Strava is not really designed for that kind of route finding/following. Its more about recording where you went and analyzing that. If you want a moving map kind of situation you'll need a higher end garmin, or an iphone GPS program that's designed to do that.
