I was going to get used ROX 9.0 . I know, it could be more of unit than I ever need, but who knows. Does anybody here have experience with the it and how much it really helps with getting in shape. Not long ago when I went back to biking after 12 years, 40 pounds heavier, high blood pressure and cholesterol I didn't believe that will be this hard. I can get the unit for a really good price, but still wondering if that is something that will help me "break in" and exercise in efficient way. I would like to hear experiences with other similar devices of course. Thanks.
