Repair this FIT file please?

I'm using a mac so I can't use the fit file repair tool. Can someone repair this file for me please?

I had to zip it as the forums wont allow me to upload fit files.

What was the problem with it, and how did you fix it?

I dont know, bad data, there is a windows based app that can fix it. I'm just on a mac. I posted this same thread on the Garmin forums which is where it got fixed. Best
