Anyone have any experience with this software? At first, I thought it was pretty intuitive. I'm looking at a hill interval workout that I'm supposed to do on Wednesday. It looks like this:

15 mins warm up at 110-128 bpm.

5 mins seated followed immediately by 3 mins standing at 128-147 bpm at a cadence of 50-60 rpm. (X5)

4 mins recovery in between intervals at 110-128 bpm at a cadence of 90 rpm.

I'm 35 and my max is at 185 with an AT right at 161ish. I know there's no way I'm going to be able to keep heart rate down to a max of 147 during the interval. That number seems low.
