    Mapping question

Is there software or, a website that would allow me to download someones ride, load it to my gps, and follow the route? I have an edge 305, and a Magellan explorist 400 if that helps. I am pretty clueless with the gps capabilities.
thecoffeedean.com for fresh roasted small batch coffee

    gps data

Garmin suposedly has a U BUY $$$ software that allows you to build GPS maps, etc.

But if all you want to do is upload and follow someone elses route the Motionbased site
should be all you'll need. BTW motionbased is the garmin "sharing" site.

If you want a site to download other people's rides go to motionbased.com or singletracks.com. If you try singletracks you will have to subscribe to the membership to get the maps to download. I personally make my own rides (courses) on allsportgps.com and convert them using gpsies.com to the appropriate file.

    By the way edge205 here.
