    GCS 10 on 4" FS?

Is this a problem?? I mean the wheel/spoke/magnet would always in the same relative position to the NDS CS ( or even the SS?) where the GSC would be mounted, and presumably due to the suspension it might get a "better ride" than on a HT...? FWIW the bike in question is a RDO.

    GSC10 4"FS RDO SS or 2X10, 3X9 or 3X8

Your Overthinking this, and there are say to many Acronyms involved.

The Garmin Speed and Cadence senson will work fine on your suspension bike. attach it as per garmins directions (Typically on the chain stay not the seat stay) and it will be fine.
