    Garmin Forerunner 205

Just got it yesterday and it seems to be everything that i Have been looking for. The only thing I was wondering is if it plots the course that you went? I always wanted to know the map of the trail that I ride.

Definitely. That's my favorite feature of a GPS -- mapping and analyzing the ride afterward.

No, you just need to hit 'start' so it is collecting data. It'll drop points as you go.
