Garmin edge 305 receive in woods?

Anyone have issues with the Garmin 305 getting a signal in the woods? Was wondering if it works under trees on wooded trails. I assume it does but wanted to check prior to purchasing.

I did a ride last week in a pretty wooded area and into a small canyon, and got reception the entire time.

ditto here. works pretty well in wooded areas. signal strength is affected, but it still works.

I throw my 205 in the mesh of my camelbak and have not had any reception problems so far.

I ride river valley trails under what can be quite thick tree canopy in places...no issues with the 305 holding signal. About the only place it drops out on me is under concrete railway bridges (I know a few here that are 4 spurs wide and they are enough to drop signal, but it picks them up immediately again following getting out from under the bridge).
