    Colorado 400T Good Deal???

Really interested in buying a GPS for the bike since I've been in Europe riding trails here. Etrex was on my mind but I am so liking the screen size on the Colorado and Oregon units. Now Amazon has the Colorado 400T for $299, I'm thinking this is a really good deal but wondering if I should hold off and opt for the touchscreen and the extra memory on the Oregon.. Just wanting some opinions from users out there.

    I love my Oregon 400t

I was pondering whether to buy the 305 or 705 series...

In the end the Oregon 400t won because it can do most of the things that the x05 series does and then some...the touch screen is useable in low light conditions but I am iPhone-conditioned so I must have a touch screen instead of buttons. The non-touch screens will have better visibility.

You can get a bike mount and off you go. As usual, if you can wait there is the Oregon 500t with 3-axis compss an camera or the upcoming low-cost version Dakota 20.

Mind you I live in China and use the CityMap feature constantly as to not get lost on my way out the screen size was paramount. During the ride I rarely ever touch the screen.

Only gripe I have found so far is that the Oregon can not display incline (only vertical speed)...but no biggie.
