Can a Windows (Nokia Lumia) smartphone with Bluetooth be used as a bike computer?

Apparently, with the recent Amber update for Windows phone 8, Nokia Lumia 520 will support BT-LE (Bluetooth low enery or bluetooth smart).

Has any one tried using the 520 (or other Windows smartphone) as a bike computer using BT-LE compatible HRM and cadence/speed sensors?

If you did, do post your experience here, including phone, speed/cadence/HR sensors and bike software.

I don't have the 520, I've got a 820 and I'm waiting for the Nokia Black patch to come out so it supports bluetooth LE. After that comes out I would guess that more developers will make there devices compatable with Windows Phone. However I don't think there are any apps that do everything that you want.
