    Will NRS Carbon rockers fit a NRS1 Alum. frame?

    And if so, would I be better off trying to get them from a Giant dealer, or hope that someone here or elsewhere online has a carbon NRS and replaced their rocker arms with SGF arms and has the carbon ones for sale?
    Just another attempt to shave a little weight

    can't see why not. i'm not aware that the bearings, bolts or shock attachment are any different. however, i've not tried, so can't be 100% sure.

    I really highly doubt you would save much weight (if any). Save up for more important things unless you can get em for like, under 10$. Just not practical... carbon rockers on an aluminum frame?
    One of my friends recently died of a coke overdose and it really got me thinking, "damn, maybe I should start drinking pepsi"

    I'm wondering about the weight saving's myself.

    For reference;

    (early) stock aluminum rockers = 173 grams/pair, with bearings
    SGF Components rockers = 214 grams/pair, with bearings

    Anyone have a pair of carbon rockers they can weigh (or have weighed already?) so we can know for sure?
    I ..... need ..... DIRT!!!!!
