What are the clear decals for?

I just assembled my N.I.B. Giant Trance X2 and in along with all the other parts was a clear decal sheet. It has a bunch of pre-cut circles, ovals and rectangles on the roughly 4" by 6" sheet. Does anybody know what these were supplied for?

They are too place on your frame anywhere you have cable rub. Prevents the cable from scraping up your frame.

you use that to protect the frame from cable and chain rub.

I had the same question. Pretty smart of them I think.
I only responded to this lame thread because I wanted to increase my posts count.
